Aerial Silks - Level 1 - Foundation It’s your time to run away with the circus! All ages, shapes and fitness levels can develop strength, flexibility and technique with practice of the fundamental skills in the level 1 course. Weekly attendance will ensure your success.
Aerial Pilates Translating Pilates core strengthening principles onto circus silks, we mindfully guide you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize your core, while building your overall body awareness. This open class is encouraged for all ages and skill levels.
Bring your yoga practice to new heights! Using our split-silk system, we guide you safely through chakra based flows with an emphasis on proper alignment and breathing. Using the aerial silks to support and assist your body, you will be able to deepen stretches and achieve asanas (poses) that may have been unattainable on the mat. We begin every class with a guided meditation used for you to create a positive intention for yourself. This organically conscious form of yoga will help you attain balance and heighten body awareness that will easily translate through your daily activities or into your mat yoga practice. Our program utilizes the versatility of the circus silks, using them either sling (knotted) or split, allowing for an abundance of multi-leveled flows and smooth progressions.

Aerial Barre Fusing Aerial with the popular barre based exercise, your sure to break a sweat and feel the burn!
Acro-Yoga We invite all athletes to experience the playfulness and trust cultivated in a acrobatic yoga class at Go Ninja. It’s all about listening, feeling, letting go, and trust combined with athletic power and balance.
Moder Dance Modern dance at Go Ninja is directly translatable to circus arts and martial arts. Modern dance uses the entire body in movements not bound by the classical rules of ballet. Contractions, curves and spirals are practiced with attention to detail making combative athletes more coachable and circus athletes more beautiful.
BadAss Ballet Athletes of all backgrounds can improve their skills by cross-training in a ballet class. Ballet training increases flexibility, which can translate into increased agility in other disciplines. Our BadAss Ballet class is for men and women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
Thai Chi A fun alternative or addition to any program! The main goal of Go Ninja's Thai Chi program is to gently exercise, stretch and relax. We try to keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable, so you can feel comfortable progressing at your own pace.
Pilates This 30 minute class is a MUST for everybody! Using classic Pilates exercises with a Go Ninja twist, this class will strengthen and stretch you to the core!

Stretch & Strengthen This is the Go Ninja version of Yoga! We utilize breathing techniques to relax and stretch deeply combine with strengthening techniques to increase your stability while you gain flexibility!!
Aerial Silks-Level 2-CLIMB In Level 2, we continue to work on proper fundamentals while the student learns how to execute more complex skills. We are now climbing, using double foot locks, and dropping. The physical conditioning is more intense and more time is spent off the ground. Some choreography is introduced along with emphasis on smooth transitioning.
Aerial Silks-Level 3-FLY
Level 3 combines the fluidity of aerial dance with the drops of aerial circus. Our Level 3 program is for serious students looking to train hard. Our devoted coaches will facilitate the progression of your skills in the appropriate direction.
Go Ninja static trapeze classes combine acrobatics, static poses, and modern dance on a horizontal steel bar hung by two ropes.
Aerial Yoga Flow During this multi-leveled class we will smoothly transition through sequences designed to promote relaxation and continue to build on your aerial yoga foundation. This class will deepen your understanding of traditional asanas by challenging you to execute them while suspended in the air on the silks.

A personal Muay Thai coach will teach you the finer points of clinch work from a striker perspective, and its use for setting up striking, gaining more speed, power and accuracy. Professional Muay Thai coaches will detail the skills necessary for winning the match in the ring AND make the fight against fat much more interesting than a tread mill.
A professional nutrition coach for weight loss and lifestyle change will work with you to identify goals, set up plans and see you through to your best self. Shaunna Isadore Murphy takes individual clients and gets them on the path of health. Her degree in nutrition, health and wellness, her athletic background, and a personality that won’t let you get away with bad habits, make her the perfect butt kicker.

Self Defense Develop survival reflexes and instincts when you train in our self defense course. Imagine dealing with dangerous and difficult people more confidently than you do now. Be wise to the ways of the ruthless. Our system is a no-nonsense approach to self defense with simple, effective techniques designed to incapacitate an attacker. You will learn: the sucker punch; escapes from holds; what do to if someone has a weapon; ground fighting; and, verbal techniques and body language. This course uses street combat techniques and practical mixed martial arts to get you prepared to defend yourself.
